Belangrijke juridische overwinning tegen 5G in Verenigd Koninkrijk! Het Hof van Beroep (te vergelijken met onze Raad van State) in Engeland heeft geoordeeld dat op 3 belangrijke onderdelen de Overheid en telecom tekortschieten waar het gaat om de risico’s van 5G.
Met als eindconclusie dat lopende rechtszaken tegen 5G terecht zijn. Dit is een belangrijke opsteker voor ons Europese Burgerinitiatief en ook de lopende zaak van Wilma de Jong bij onze Raad van State.
